Spring into the
Season Clutter Free
Spring has come again giving us new
opportunities to sweep out the old and wash in the new.
Less clutter, grease and grime will make any home feel
new again. There’s nothing like sparkling clean
windows, shiny floors, clean carpets and cupboards to
renew your spirit and make you feel good about yourself
and your home.
Cleaning doesn’t have to be the
dreaded chore that it is often made out to be.
Following some of the cleaning tips I have outlined
below will help to make cleaning jobs quicker, easier
and believe it or not, enjoyable.
Tips to Help Make Spring Cleaning
Easier
1.
If you have family—children and or husband,
enlist their help. Children like being a part of family
efforts especially when the outcomes are positive.
2.
Wear comfortable old clothes so that it will not
matter if they get soiled or torn.
3.
Put on your favorite fast paced, upbeat, oldies
but goodies. You won’t believe how fast the time goes
by and how much
you will have gotten done. Your focus will be on the
music enjoyment and not on the amount of work you have
before
you.
4.
Begin cleaning the smallest or least cluttered
room first. Once you’ve accomplished the first room,
you’ll likely admire
how clean it looks and smells and you’ll want to
continue with the remaining rooms in your home to make
them all look
and smell the same way.
5.
Donate, sell or throw away items you no longer
need or use. When you donate or sell unused items, you
give someone
else a chance to put them to good use and you make room
in your life for new things you might need or want.
I hope these tips will help you
spring into cleaning, and that your spirit
and home are renewed as a result.
Regards,
Evelyn
